The first thing I do is listen - to you, to your team, to your customers.
We then go into defining the problem we’re trying to solve: why are we doing this? who are we trying to solve it for? What’s the market opportunity? Where is the optimal strategic placement for your brand?
After that, the vision work begins. What do we want to build? what is our goal? where to we want to be at launch? how does it scale?
Then we match our vision to a solution. We figure out what to build, how we build it, what are our milestones, requirements and checkpoints.
The build process is where the fun begins. We prototype, test, iterate, fail, rethink, and redefine.
When the goal is met, we go to market! We figure out how to launch, who is the audience, how to position our product and what KPIs are we optimizing for.
And then? We enjoy our hard work, celebrate our success - and do it all again!
